Mental Health

Therapy is a safe and confidential place for kids, adults, and families to discuss personal information and experiences with a professional therapist providing a safe place for children and families to learn about normal responses to trauma. This type of discovery helps your child dissolve all emotions and behavior that occurs.

What type of therapy should my family look for?

Trauma-enforced therapy is an approach that recognizes and addresses how traumatic experience impacts a child's life. Our counselor will help your child process memory and emotion so they can thrive and make positive growth.

If you have any questions about mental health or are interested in therapy and other programs that are offered, please contact the PCAC at 719-583-6332
