Family Advocacy

Family Advocates work closely with the child's non-offending family members and the Multi-Disciplinary Team during the investigation process and beyond. The family Advocate is there to provide information and support, and connect the family to resources.

Inform

Family Advocates provide clients with information regarding their rights, case status, and help families navigate the investigation process and the justice system.

Support

Family advocates provide emotional support throughout the investigation and legal processes.

Connect

Family Advocates connect families to resources that meet their individual needs. They can connect the family to resources that assist with food, clothing, legal, housing, employment, finances, and other aspects of living.
