Blue Cape Breakfast

The inaugural Blue Cape Breakfast is on June 24 at WaterTower Place.  It will be one of the first in-person events in Pueblo as the pandemic abates and we rebound.  We still take your health and safety seriously.  To stay within the parameters of adequate social distancing, we will only have 15 tables in the event room, and each 72" table will seat eight guests instead of ten.

To maximize attendance, we will have one breakfast that will start at 7:30am and another, duplicate event that will start at 10:00am.  We expect that many people will be enthusiastic about networking and peer-to-peer conversation from the moment of arriving on-site, but we will start on time and engage you for all 75 minutes of the event.

Yes, it is a fundraiser.  There will be no minimum and no maximum gift requested.  More than anything we want each person (including YOU) to leave with a better understanding of the power of the Child Advocacy Center and lets mission to help children and families.  We'll serve breakfast and a bottomless cup of coffee from local vendors.  You'll meet our new executive director and hear how our team is meeting more need than ever.  You'll hear inspirational messages of healing and hope from some of the littlest voices in Pueblo.  And you'll find out why the Center has one of the strongest cohorts of multidisciplinary team members and how they bring expertise to each case.  Finally, we'll award the 21st Blue Cape in 2021 to a local superhero.

The event is free but requires pre-registration to ensure we have a seat and a meal for every guest.  If you cannot attend, I invite you to fill a seat at our "Untable" -- it is exclusively for people who cannot attend but still want to support our cause.  Just click on DONATE and your gift will be tallied with others made at the event to reach our goal.
